corner view - out the car window - stockholm



From last Saturday. On our way home from riding school we drive through a beech forest. I have heard that this particular one is Europe's most northern located. Beeches are more common in the southern parts of Sweden. I googled and it seems like there are quite a few places claiming to harbour the northernmost beech forest. I am sure they are all equally beautiful.

    Every Sunday when I was little, we did do our walk Sunday in a huge forest of northern France, near my grandparents ... wonderful memories !
