When it comes to food I have many favourite dishes. This one is from a Turkish cookbook that I use a lot, Sultan's Kitchen by Özcan Ozan. It's fried eggplants and peppers with yogurt-garlic and tomato sauces.

Love peppers...I love iskander kebap, that was meat with yougurt.
Should use a bit more yougurt as sause.
